These brewers create beers that they themselves would drink

After learning the trade in Canada, these brewers opened a microbrewery in the Higashi Ward of Sapporo in 2003.

They’re passionate about getting more people to enjoy craft beer, and do almost everything by hand.

In 2009, the factory was moved to Ebetsu and expanded with enough facilities to brew over 1,000ℓ. The brewers are committed to creating beers that they themselves would drink, and pour their passion into free-thinking, wide-ranging brewing.

CORIANDER BLACK
Like being wrapped in soft yet strong love

One look at this black beer and you can tell that it will be rich and full-bodied.
A savory flavor with no sourness and a touch of sweetness from the malt slowly spreads through your mouth.
It's a perfect match for the fresh scent of the coriander.
The best temperature for drinking this beer is written on the label—that's handy!
It says 7-10°C, but I recommend chilling it in the fridge first and enjoying the way the beer gets more flavorful as it warms back up to the ideal temperature.
The classics for a beer like this are potatoes and sausage. It's also good with roast ham wrapped in cheese!
