Kirin Beer Hokkaido Chitose Factory
A factory in the midst of nature, brewed with famous water
Kirin Beer Hokkaido Chitose Factory Plant started operations in 1975 as a soft drink factory, and began manufacturing beer in 1986. The reason for locating the plant in Chitose was due to its transportation access, nature, and the ability of the city and private sector to work together. The products made using the Naibetsu River spring water, selected as one of the 100 best waters by the Ministry of the Environment, are shipped to various places in Hokkaido and almost 100% of them are consumed in Hokkaido. With a store and restaurant on the premises, the brewery is well known as a community-based open-type brewery based on the concept of “a brewery rich in nature typical of Hokkaido.

Kirin Ichiban Shibori Draft Beer
Kirin Beer shatters conventions and never does anything by halves!
The new Kirin Ichiban Shibori beer is even more delicious than before. Those who live in Japan will be familiar with the commercials with the handsome men and beautiful women—I like those commercials.
Do you know about Kirin Beer's unique way of brewing beer?
They take only the first press of the barley wort, which gives the beer a wonderful barley aroma.
And apparently it has 1.5 times as much malt as a standard beer.
This is a luxurious one!
It's one to gulp down while enjoying junk food and blasting some great tunes.
I can down more of these than I can count! ♡
